Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require registered delegates to cancel their participation. Refunds will be processed according to the following schedule:
- 100% Refund – For cancellations made on or before 25 December 2026
- 75% Refund – For cancellations made on or before 25 March 2027
- 50% Refund – For cancellations made on or before 30 June 2027
- No Refund – For cancellations requested on or after 1 September 2027
Additional Information:
- A 100% refund will be provided if the conference is cancelled due to COVID-19 or any applicable government guidelines.
- All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted via email only.
- Refunds will be processed after the completion of the conference.
